5) Custom Made Item Note
Please note that our items are hand-made, and they cannot be 100% exactly like the items in the photos. Just like hand-painted pictures, painting the same image twice can never be exactly the same. Each listing is for making you an item which is about 90-95% like the item in the photos we have provided (Premium Grade), and you can upgrade to 98-99% of accuracy in the Grade of Service option for most items. Before production, you must provide additional photos of the dress you want replicated if you have them available, as we only replicate according to what we can see in the photos. For what we cannot see or cannot see clearly, we will have to improvise according to the rest of the dress design which we can see. If you have any specific requirements, you must inform us prior to production to avoid any possible alteration fees.

In order to help our customers to get your order quickly and safely, here are some points for your selection.
EMS : If your order is not rush, you can choose this which will help you get fewer even free taxes. It will only take about 7 business days
if ship to USA, Japan, Australia and so on. But usually it is very hard to track on line.
TNT : It is Netherlands local express company, usually if your country is in UK, German, you need to pay taxes.
DHL : For European countries, it is the fastest way, and you can track it on line at any time.Usually we would ship your item out by DHL.
UPS / Fedex : If ship to USA, Canada, this is the best and fastest shipping method for your choice.

a) When can the product reach me?
Normally, it will take us 18-22 days to tailor your dress or suit. And the shipping time will differs according to shipping methods you choose. Usually the product can reach you in about 22-29 days.
For the in stock item,we would arrange to ship your item out in 2 working days,and it would take us 4-6 working days for the shipping to your door.Usually the item can reach you in about 8-12 days.
b) When should I order?
Usually, you will receive your designed wedding dress within 25 days after you confirmed you order. So we suggest you make your order at least one month before your wedding date to give us more time for re-confirming, making and shipping. Or, if you are urgent, we can also make the wedding gown within a required time for you. But you need to pay extra fee.
c) Why does my credit card payment fail?
Payment by credit card may fail because of bank authorization and fraud prevention systems. When you have trouble with making a payment via credit card, you may contact your card-issuing bank or PayPal directly.
