Alterations & Refunds
What if my suit does not fit?
If your order does not fit, Honeybuy will cover alterations of your garments up to $79.99 or remake it throughly from new materials through a remake order. Our Customer Concierge will be happy to work with you to get your proper measurements in your profile so no matter how bad-fitting the garment may be; we'll be able to change it perfect for you.
Where should I get my clothing altered?
You can visit any local alterations shop to get your clothing altered. Honeybuy will cover up to $79.99 of your alterations bill. We may be able to recommend an alterations shop in your area as well, please contact us at Service@Honeybuy.com with any questions.
How long does it take to get a remake?
If the suit you received does not fit as you expected, Please Login to 'User Center' and click on 'Message box' to request a expense claim for alterations or ask for a full remake if your tailor thinks the suit to be unalterable.
Once the updated measurements and request have been sent to us, we will start your remake. You will receive the remade Suit within 21 days upon your submission. Please check your order status in your User Center for updates.
My recent order does not fit as expected, what should I do?
Please refer to Honeybuy's alterations guide firstly which will show you whether your suit can be altered at a local tailor. If it can, we will refund you the alteration cost. To claim an alterations credit, you must log in, click on 'My orders', copy the order number and click on 'Message box'. Then compose and leave a message for a credit (up to $79.99).
If your suit cannot be altered by a local tailor or requires more than $79.99 of alterations, we will remake the suit for you. To apply for a remake, please Login and click on 'My Measurements' to Edit Measurements then click on 'My orders', copy the order number and click on 'Message box'to compose and leave a message for us.We will review your updated Measurements and you will receive your remake within 14 days upon your submission.
How do I submit updated measurements after an alteration?
Please Login and click on 'My Measurements' to Edit Measurements then click on 'My orders', copy the order number and click on 'Message box' to compose and leave a message for us.We will review your updated Measurements and you will receive your remake within 12-16 days upon your submission.
Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my garments?
We process and deliver all of our orders within 12-16 days after your orders are paid, and we will contact you once your order has been shipped.
Which shipping options do you offer?
Every Honeybuy order comes along with FREE shipping and will arrive at your door within 12-16 days after your orders are paid. Honeybuy is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Can I expedite my order?
Our current processing time is 8-12 days and Shipping Time is 3-5 business days and we would expedite orders if your garment is for a coming specific event.
If you want to expedite your orders, please 'Leave your special requirements' when you are shopping or Login and 'Leave Message' to us.
Will I have to pay additional taxes or tariffs on my Honeybuy order?
Some countries charge taxes or other shipping charges on imported packages. We recommend that please check with your local customs office first for these charges before placing your order.Since these taxes and charges are subject to change at any time (and often change from day to day), we cannot include these charges into the shipping charge at payment.
I want to change my shipping address. How should I do?
If you want to change shipping address after orders are paid, Please contact us at Service@Honeybuy.com with your new shipping information and we will update your order information accordingly. Please write title as: shipping address change for order number.
Measurements
How are the measurements I submit online used to create my Honeybuy custom suit?
The measurements that you submit via the self-measurement process are not your final garment measurements, but used as a base to guide us in making your perfect fitting suit. At Honeybuy, your suit will go through a 3 step measurement review process to ensure ideal fit:
1. You measure yourself following our guide.
2. Our team may adjust your measurements based on the cut standards for someone your weight and height.
3. A Honeybuy Master Tailor then further refines your measurements based on his/her years of experience hand cutting suits.
Should I need a Tailor to take my Measurements?
No. Honeybuy's measuring process was designed so that anyone can measure themselves under the help of a friend in 10 minutes. We find the best success not comes from using a tailor because our measurement system is unique and created for easy at-home use.
Can I base my measurements on a well fitting suit that I own?
Our measuring methods are unique to us and differ from the measurements used for other clothing brands. All Honeybuy orders are custom tailored to match your physical measurement profile, and for this reason we are unable to accept measurements from any garments that you own from another manufacturer.
Can I use measurements taken by my tailor?
We recommend you use our easy-to-follow 'Measured Process'. Our measuring methods are unique to us and differ from the measuring methods used at a traditional tailor. If a tailor measures you the way that fits his tailoring style, it may cause discrepancies and ill-fitting garments. If you still want to visit a tailor to be measured, please download this Tailor's Form to limit any issues.
I want to change measurements on my current order, is this possible?
Depending on the stage of your order, Honeybuy can adjust as desired. If your order status in your Account is not 'Paid' you can update your profile online and it will be used in the current order. All orders are given a 24 hour grace period to make changes to the measurements and customizations.
I am not skinny like the models in the photos, will Honeybuy suits and apparel still fit me?
Honeybuy suits are 100% custom made specifically according to your measurement profile. No matter what your size or body type is, our suits are built to flatter. Once receiving your order, we encourage you to take good advantage of our industry leading Perfect Fit Promise to ensure your suit fits exactly the way you want.
Can your suits be customerizing made for big guys or even for children?
Honeybuy customers come in all shapes, sizes, and ages. All our products are hand tailored according to your submitted measurements, so there are no limitations in regarding to large or small measurements.
Once ordering for a child, please email us your order number and tell us know the suit is for a child so that we can pass this information along to our tailor.
Can I manage multiple measurements from one account?
Usaully a Honeybuy client can only have one set of measurements for each garment type (i.e. 1 suit measurement, 1 shirt measurement, etc.) in one profile. If you wish to have multiple suit profiles, you will need to create a second account with another email address.
